What software/tools do you use?

I use Clip Studio Paint and an iPad Pro and Apple Pencil. My brushes are listed here.

How can I improve my drawing/illustrating?

Practice! Find a workflow that works well for you and is both efficient and enjoyable. My favorite YouTube channel for learning how to improve art is Naoki Saito. (Unfortunately, his first channel got deleted, so a lot of old videos are inaccessible. He’s currently reuploading them.)

Can you draw [character]?

If a character interests me enough I might accept a request. I usually only draw things I’m a fan of.

How do you draw this? can you make a tutorial for this?

I’m not currently making tutorials.

For the more general process, I’ve posted many speedpaints/timelapses. If there’s a specific piece that interests you, feel free to reach out and ask for a timelapse (however, I often don’t record them due to how much storage they take up…)

How long does a drawing take you?

It depends on a lot of factors. Usually a typical drawing takes 4-6 hours, although more complex illustrations often take much longer.
